These terms apply to everyone who reads plumetrack.com. By using the site you accept them. They are written for an Australian audience and are governed by the law of Victoria.

What this site is

PlumeTrack is an editorial project. It describes free sweet-themed match-3 and puzzle games published on Google Play, records the rating shown on each game's listing, and adds a short note written after the game has been played by the desk. Everything here is opinion and description, not professional advice of any kind.

Editorial independence

This site shows no advertising banners and sells no placements, sponsored entries or paid links. No studio, publisher or agency pays to appear in the index, to change a note, or to be removed from it. Nobody outside the desk reviews a note before it is published.

The only support we plan to ask for is the Plus subscription described on the home page. If that ever changes, this section is the first place it will be written down.

No affiliation

PlumeTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the studios named on this site, including 1MG, BitMango, Candy Factory Game, CreativeJoy, Gamepromo Entertainment, Match 3 Fun Games, Oogway Apps, PuzzleLoft and RV AppStudios.

Ratings and other data

Ratings, studio names and screens are taken from each game's own Google Play listing for Australia and were read on 18 August 2026. Listings change without notice, so the figure you see on Google Play may differ from the figure printed here. Where you spot a difference, the Google Play listing is authoritative and we would be glad to be told.

Free and Plus

Reading the index is free and requires no account. Plus is a planned reading tier at A$4.90 per month, including GST. Its payment path is still in activation: no charge is taken today, no card details are collected anywhere on this site, and the Plus button only opens the subscription form. Anyone on the list will be told the terms, the billing cycle and the cancellation method before the first charge is ever raised.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and we fail to meet it, you keep the remedies that law gives you. General information about those rights is published by the ACCC at accc.gov.au.

Intellectual property

Game titles, icons, artwork and screens shown here belong to their respective rights holders and appear for identification and review, which is a fair dealing purpose under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). The wording of the notes, the arrangement of the index and the design of the pages belong to PlumeTrack; please ask before republishing them.

Availability and responsibility

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, PlumeTrack is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on a note, a rating or a link, or from a game behaving differently on your device than it did on ours.

Links to Google Play

Every tile links to the official Google Play listing. Downloading, updating, paying for anything inside a game or removing it happens on Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror or republish the notes and page design without written permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its forms or the accounts behind them.
• Do not use the subscription form to send another person's address without their agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and of the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes fall to the courts of Victoria, without affecting any right you have to take a complaint to a consumer body instead.

Updated terms replace this version on this page, with the date at the top changed. Questions go to hello@plumetrack.com.
