Section 01

The nine titles

Four rows on every tile, always in the same order, so two games can be compared without reading a paragraph. The screen above each tile comes from the game's own Google Play listing.

  • Jelly Jelly Crush - In the sky gameplay screen
TitleJelly Jelly Crush - In the sky
    Studio1MG
    Rating 5.0
    GenreJelly blast

Jelly blocks clear in bright chains and the board keeps its promise: every tap stays readable, even late in a stage. Levels are short, which makes it an easy pick for a tram ride across town.

  • Fruits Mania : Elly’s travel gameplay screen
    TitleFruits Mania : Elly’s travel
    StudioBitMango
    Rating 4.4
    GenreMatch-3

A classic swap-and-clear board with a travel map between stages. Difficulty climbs slowly, so a first evening with it is mostly relaxed pattern reading.

    Open on Google Play
  • Candy Legend gameplay screen
    TitleCandy Legend
    StudioCandy Factory Game
    Rating 4.3
    GenreMatch-3 quest

Sugar-coloured tiles and a long ladder of stages with animal companions along the way. The pace suits short sessions and the grid stays legible on a small screen.

    Open on Google Play
  • Fruit Puzzle Wonderland gameplay screen
    TitleFruit Puzzle Wonderland
    StudioCreativeJoy
    Rating 4.5
    GenreMatch-3

Hand-drawn fruit art and generous board sizes give this one an unhurried feel. Special-piece stages arrive often enough to keep a longer stretch interesting.

    Open on Google Play
  • Gummy Candy Blast-Fun Match 3 gameplay screen
    TitleGummy Candy Blast-Fun Match 3
    StudioGamepromo Entertainment
    Rating 5.0
    GenreMatch-3 blast

Chunky gummy pieces, loud clears and a stage counter that keeps moving. It is the most arcade-feeling board in the current index.

    Open on Google Play
  • Cookie Rush Match 3 gameplay screen
    TitleCookie Rush Match 3
    StudioMatch 3 Fun Games
    Rating 4.3
    GenreMatch-3

Biscuit-themed tiles on a compact grid, with timed goals on part of the stages. Controls are one-finger simple, which helps when the phone is held in one hand.

    Open on Google Play
  • Fruit Puzzle Crush gameplay screen
    TitleFruit Puzzle Crush
    StudioOogway Apps
    Rating 4.0
    GenreMerge puzzle

A merge board rather than a swap board: equal pieces join into larger ones until the container fills up. Sessions are short and a restart takes a single tap.

    Open on Google Play
  • Happy Fruits Bomb - Cube Blast gameplay screen
TitleHappy Fruits Bomb - Cube Blast
    StudioPuzzleLoft
    Rating 4.4
    GenreCube blast

Tap-to-clear cube blasting with fruit characters and a steady stage ladder. A good fit for players who prefer clearing groups over lining up rows.

    Open on Google Play
  • Christmas Cookie: Match 3 Game gameplay screen
    TitleChristmas Cookie: Match 3 Game
    StudioRV AppStudios
    Rating 4.6
    GenreSeasonal match-3

A festive board of baubles and iced biscuits with a snow-lit map screen. The seasonal artwork is the draw; the match-3 underneath is calm and forgiving.

Why these notes can be trusted

  • Played, not scraped

Every title here is installed on an Android handset and played across at least three sessions before it earns a place in the index.

  • No advertising on this page

PlumeTrack shows no advertising banners and sells no placements. A studio cannot buy its way into the index or edit a line of a note.

  • Ratings copied, never invented

Each rating row repeats the figure on the game's Google Play listing for Australia, read on 18 August 2026. When Google Play moves, the row is corrected.

  • Plain language, no hype

Notes describe controls, session length, difficulty and artwork. Where a stage ladder drags, the note says so in the same flat voice.

Section 04

How to start with a title

Opening screens from four titles listed on this page, captured on Google Play
Four steps, about two minutes, and the install happens on Google Play rather than here.
  1. 01

    Read the four rows

Title, studio, rating and genre sit in the same place on every tile, so a shortlist can be built in a single pass down the grid.

  2. 02

    Look at the screens

The gallery carries a second screen from each listing. Artwork tells you more about a puzzle board than any adjective can.

  3. 03

    Open Google Play

Each tile links straight to the official listing. Installing, updating and removing a game all happen there, under Google's own terms.

  4. 04

Tell us what to play next

Send a title through the form below and it joins the queue for the next round of hands-on sessions.

About PlumeTrack

PlumeTrack is an independent editorial desk based in Melbourne, Victoria. It exists for one narrow question: which free sweet-themed puzzle on Google Play is worth the first hour of an Australian commute.

The desk is small on purpose. One index, nine titles, four data rows each, and a note written only after the game has genuinely been played. When a title stops being interesting it leaves the index instead of sitting there with a stale rating attached to it.

We are not affiliated with Google LLC, with Google Play or with any studio named on this site. Game titles, icons and screens belong to their rights holders and appear here for identification and review.
